Unlike other billing companies... MLX will only charge for claims that you have been paid for.

Our rates are simple, you pay us $15 for every $100 your office receives each month. That's it, 15% of paid claims. For unpaid claims, you pay nothing. (That should be a good hint that we intend to see that every claim pays)

If your office exceeds $150,000 in paid claims per month, on any claims that pay after that mark we will reduce our rate to just $12 per $100 that you are paid. That means you pay only 12% on paid claims in excess of $150,000.

We will put our rates up against any Revenue Cycle Managers in the industry, as well as our team of expert claims processors. Our fee for service value is superior.

Licenses & Enrollments

If enrolling and credentialling with Payors were things that your company would only have to do once and you'd never have to do it again, then... taking on these tasks on your own may make sense, somehow. But, since enrollments require updates, revisions and constant monitoring for accuracy, it makes much more business and financial sense to hire MLX to manage your Insurance & Entity profiles, so that you can focus on growing your business.

Our rates are flat, straight forward and uncomplicated: For only $299 per payor/entity MLX will manage, update and monitor your registrations for the entire year.

Or... to save even more: join our Complete Enrollment Program and for $125 per month, we will manage all enrollments and credentials matters that arise for your company. From the national clearinghouses, to the commercial and state-based Payors, we will keep your registrations updated.
